Common questions

Where do I start if I don't know what my skin needs?

With diagnostics ($39). A camera analysis and interview show your skin's real condition — you leave with a skincare plan and treatment recommendations, with no strings attached.

Is there any downtime after treatments?

Most of our treatments are so-called lunch treatments — you go straight back to your day. With lasers and stronger acids the skin may be red for 1–3 days; we always tell you beforehand.

How many treatments until I see results?

First effects often show after one visit, but lasting change usually takes a series of 3–6 sessions, 2–4 weeks apart. That's why we work in plans, not single visits.

Can I buy a visit as a gift?

Yes — vouchers for a specific ritual or any amount, valid for 6 months. Issued on the spot at reception or online.
